This site does not require an account. Feedback is optional.

What we collect

If you use the feedback form, we store the topic, usefulness rating, your note, the page path, submission time, and an email address only if you choose to provide one.

Why we collect it

Feedback is used to improve the guide. An optional email is used only to respond to that feedback.

Where it is stored

Feedback is sent through a Google Apps Script web app and stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by the site operator. It is not displayed publicly on this site.

What we intentionally do not collect

• No site account or password.
• No payment information.
• No precise location through the feedback form.
• No browser user-agent string in the hardened version.

Third-party content

Some app icons are loaded from third-party image servers for identification. External source links take you to their respective sites, which have their own privacy policies.

External AI handoff

Localwise can prepare a travel prompt from the route, selected travel context, Localwise recommendation and your optional question. The prompt is copied to your clipboard. When you choose ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude, that external service opens in a new tab. Localwise does not automatically send the prompt to those services; you choose whether to paste and send it. The external service has its own privacy terms. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, passport numbers or other sensitive information in the prompt.

Retention

The site operator should periodically delete feedback that is no longer needed, especially email addresses.
